Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS required or must be obtained within six months of hire (PACU-specific requirement)
- PALS preferred for PACU assignment
- Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; specialty certification in perioperative or post-anesthesia nursing preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure perioperative environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
