This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. position with a weekend rotation in the Blood Bank — a stable, predictable schedule anchored in a laboratory that operates across multiple disciplines and supports a full-service hospital campus including advanced cardiac care, maternity services, and a Level III NICU. Practice Highlights
- Primary assignment in the Blood Bank (AABB-regulated) with weekend rotation; Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. core schedule
- Laboratory analysis performed across multiple clinical disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an accredited medical technology program; equivalents include qualifying military training (42 CFR 493.1489) or HHS examination passage at the Medical Technologist level prior to 2/28/92 (42 CFR 493.1491)
- Registered or registry-eligible through an approved certifying agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT, or CSMLS); registry must be completed within 12 months of hire
- Non-U.S.-trained applicants must complete an equivalency evaluation through ECE, NACES, or AICE within 30 days of hire
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of medical laboratory technologist or clinical laboratory scientist experience in an acute care setting
- Proficiency in phlebotomy across all age groups, specimen processing, pipetting, and dilution techniques
