<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred</li> <li>2–5 years of administrative experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or closely related healthcare setting</li> <li>3 or more years in Patient Access or scheduling roles strongly preferred</li> <li>Completed coursework in Medical Terminology required</li> <li>Advanced understanding of surgical procedure scheduling preferred</li> <li>Minimum typing proficiency of 35 words per minute</li> <li>Demonstrated working knowledge of scheduling software, systems, and related equipment</li> <li>Advanced customer service skills with the ability to manage high patient volumes and navigate complex or sensitive interactions</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high degree of technical accuracy and ethical standards</li> <li>Vaccination requirements apply, including COVID-19 and influenza, as permitted by applicable law</li> </ul>
