- Coordinates interdisciplinary care planning across disciplines; participates in hourly rounding
- Assesses physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk, and discharge planning needs on admission and on an ongoing basis
- Implements nursing and medical orders; evaluates quality and effectiveness of nursing practice against established patient goals
- Charge shift responsibility available — role may include supervising, delegating to, and directing other healthcare team members

Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Current CPR certification required; ACLS as applicable by department
- One year of acute care experience preferred; specialty certification in area of practice preferred
- ACLS preferred; required upon orientation completion for ER, ICU, Telemetry, Cardiac Cath Lab, Endoscopy, and L&D assignments
- Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills; strong customer service orientation; basic computer proficiency
