This role sits within a large integrated health system comprising approximately 20 primary care and specialty outpatient clinic locations, five acute care hospitals, and four neighborhood emergency centers — giving the right RN broad exposure to complex, multi-site patient populations. The core focus is optimizing patient flow and continuity of care by serving as the primary clinical liaison between patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required
