<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal phlebotomy training program preferred</li> <li>Minimum of one year of clinical laboratory experience and/or completion of a formal phlebotomy training program required</li> <li>Basic laboratory computer or laboratory information system (LIS) experience preferred</li> <li>Phlebotomy certification required where mandated by state law</li> <li>National phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT, or a comparable credentialing body preferred</li> </ul>
