Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or GED

  • Preferred: 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a telephone or call-center setting
  • Preferred: Prior experience in pre-registration, insurance verification, or patient scheduling within a healthcare environment
  • Spanish bilingual strongly preferred given the El Paso patient population
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer environments, basic typing, and comfort working with dual monitors required
