<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum</li> <li>Monitor experience or completion of a formal EKG course required</li> <li>Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a Compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS and PALS, CPI certification, and NIHSS required — all must be completed within the orientation period</li> <li>One year of acute care, critical care, or emergency department experience preferred</li> <li>Emergency nursing certifications preferred: ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse)</li> </ul>
