Practice Highlights
- Site lead and working technologist role at the 61 Lincoln Street Wellness Center — a dedicated outpatient breast imaging location
- Performs both screening and diagnostic mammography in full compliance with MQSA requirements and ACR standards
- Collaborates directly with radiologists to support diagnostic workups, additional views, biopsies, and same-day add-on cases
- Oversees daily schedule review to confirm appropriate exam type, prior imaging availability, patient preparation, and workflow readiness
- Responsible for image quality standards and repeat-reduction initiatives across the site
- Manages equipment readiness and escalates service issues to maintain uninterrupted clinical operations
- Supports referring provider relationships and access improvement efforts to grow the breast imaging program
- Part of MetroWest Medical Center, a two-campus system comprising Framingham Union Hospital and Leonard Morse Hospital (behavioral health specialty center in Natick)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
- Current ARRT certification in Mammography (M)
- Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of mammography experience preferred
- Prior lead, charge, or supervisory experience preferred
