This is a hands-on, patient-facing role with direct rounding responsibilities alongside Intensivists and Hospitalists, meaningful protocol-driven dosing authority, and the full scope of clinical pharmacy practice in a brand-new, technology-forward hospital environment.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with completed clinical rotations; OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacist experience</li> <li>Active South Carolina pharmacist license required at time of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS certification required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required — must be obtained within the orientation period</li> <li>Residency training and board certification (BPS or equivalent) preferred</li> <li>Comfort with protocol-driven dosing (aminoglycosides, vancomycin, anticoagulation, TPN) and collaborative rounding in an ICU/hospitalist environment</li> </ul>
