Florida Coast Medical Center — a brand-new acute care hospital opening in Port Saint Lucie, Florida in September 2025 — is recruiting an experienced critical care RN to serve as Assistant Nursing Manager (ANM) for its ICU. Practice Highlights
- Full-time nights schedule within the Critical Care service line of a newly opening acute care hospital (September 2025)
- ANM directly and indirectly supervises all Critical Care service line staff, coordinating clinical activities across the ICU
- Assumes house supervision duties as assigned, providing facility-wide leadership coverage during night shifts

Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience in a Critical Care setting
- BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required at hire
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association required; NIH Stroke certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer
- EKG competency testing required
- Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate care in a high-acuity environment
