<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Full-time nights schedule within the Critical Care service line of a newly opening acute care hospital (September 2025)</li> <li>ANM directly and indirectly supervises all Critical Care service line staff, coordinating clinical activities across the ICU</li> <li>Assumes house supervision duties as assigned, providing facility-wide leadership coverage during night shifts</li> <li>Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care team members to drive exceptional patient outcomes</li> <li>Hospital specialty footprint at opening includes: premier surgical care, neurosciences, orthopedic and spine surgery, cardiac catheterization and heart care, vascular surgery, cancer care, and urology — creating a high-acuity, multi-specialty ICU census</li> <li>Institutional emphasis on advanced technology combined with a compassionate, personalized care model</li> <li>Opportunity to build ICU team culture, protocols, and operational standards from the ground up as a founding leader</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li> <li>Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience in a Critical Care setting</li> <li>BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required at hire</li> <li>ACLS certification through the American Heart Association required; NIH Stroke certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer</li> <li>EKG competency testing required</li> <li>Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate care in a high-acuity environment</li> </ul>
