Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy required
- PGY-1 pharmacy residency completion, or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent hospital clinical experience combined with Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS)
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Current registered pharmacist license in the State of Florida required
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and/or PALS required if code attendance is part of the role
- Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP), or equivalent specialty certification preferred
