<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience required</li> <li>Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience preferred</li> <li>Specialty certification in PACU or perioperative nursing preferred</li> <li>CPR required; ACLS required or must be obtained within six months of hire</li> <li>PALS preferred for PACU assignment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical and operational decisions in high-stress environments</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience managing departmental budget processes a plus</li> </ul>
