Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking a full-time, day-shift Charge RN to lead its PreOp/PACU department at a 200-bed acute care hospital recognized for advanced surgical and trauma services.   • Trains and mentors RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; oversees delegation and supervision of care delivery

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience required
  • Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Specialty certification in PACU or perioperative nursing preferred
  • CPR required; ACLS required or must be obtained within six months of hire
  • PALS preferred for PACU assignment
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical and operational decisions in high-stress environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience managing departmental budget processes a plus
