<p>Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels, TX is recruiting a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join a full-service acute care team that spans emergency services, cardiology, orthopedics, women's health, labor and delivery, and the area's only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This is a hands-on clinical role with broad patient acuity — from adult critical care to neonatal respiratory support — at a hospital recognized for its collaborative culture and investment in staff development. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Care Program required</li> <li>Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) state license required</li> <li>Current CRT or RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required; renewal every 5 years (unless grandfathered prior to July 1, 2002)</li> <li>Active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire (ARC or AHA); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required within 60 days of hire</li> <li>AHA ACLS required within 60 days of hire or transfer into role</li> <li>AHA PALS required within 60 days of hire or transfer if covering pediatric patients</li> <li>AHA NRP required within 60 days of hire or transfer if covering NICU</li> <li>No minimum experience required; prior experience in respiratory care or a related clinical area preferred</li> </ul>
