Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels, TX is recruiting a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join a full-service acute care team that spans emergency services, cardiology, orthopedics, women's health, labor and delivery, and the area's only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Care Program required
- Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) state license required
- Current CRT or RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required; renewal every 5 years (unless grandfathered prior to July 1, 2002)
- Active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire (ARC or AHA); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required within 60 days of hire
- AHA ACLS required within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
- AHA PALS required within 60 days of hire or transfer if covering pediatric patients
- AHA NRP required within 60 days of hire or transfer if covering NICU
- No minimum experience required; prior experience in respiratory care or a related clinical area preferred
