<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, or an Associate Degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician, or equivalent education and clinical work experience</li> <li>Certification required by the Board of Registry (ASCP), NCA, AMT, or any certification recognized by the Texas Department of Health as an MT or MLT</li> <li>Previous experience as a medical technologist or medical laboratory technician preferred</li> <li>Clinical rotation experience considered for candidates with a pending graduation date</li> <li>Active Texas laboratory licensure or eligibility to obtain</li> </ul>
