<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Full-time, rotating shift schedule within an active Cath Lab environment</li> <li>Direct clinical patient care role with per-shift accountability for assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized nursing care</li> <li>Responsible for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process</li> <li>Supervises and delegates care to appropriate staff members within the unit</li> <li>Administers all medications safely and in accordance with hospital policy and established standards</li> <li>Practices within frameworks of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control protocols</li> <li>Participates in Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities during emergencies and disaster events</li> <li>Part of a five-hospital regional system that includes a dedicated children's hospital, with a broad referral catchment across the El Paso region</li> <li>Accountable to CNO-level leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Minimum one year of RN experience required for PRN status; recent acute care experience preferred</li> <li>Current, active Texas RN license (or eligibility to obtain) required</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and/or PALS and/or NRP required as applicable per corporate policy for the Cath Lab unit</li> </ul>
