<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Current Texas RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain) required; must meet all state law and regulatory requirements for practice</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and/or PALS and/or NRP required if mandated by corporate policy for the Recovery unit</li> <li>Recent acute care nursing experience preferred; PACU or post-anesthesia recovery background is advantageous</li> </ul>
