- Utilization of a dedicated Materials Management information system for order entry, pull list generation, and departmental charge capture
- Coordination of both stock and non-stock supply delivery to requesting departments throughout the facility
- Responsibilities include expiration date verification, cart cleaning and maintenance, and walk-in and pager-based customer service for user departments
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in central supply or materials management in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to perform repetitive tasks accurately on a daily basis
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and coordinate workload to meet daily deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills for interaction with clinical staff and walk-in department requests
