Qualifications
- Minimum one year of acute care experience in a medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, or cardiac setting required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse license required (or eligibility to obtain)
- CPR or ACLS certification as applicable by facility or department
- CVICU or ICU experience preferred; alternatively, a minimum of two years in a cardiac stepdown setting
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills; comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic computer proficiency required
