<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required</li> <li>Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy state licensure required prior to start date</li> <li>Minimum two years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply</li> <li>Ability to administer and interpret standardized tests and measurements and translate findings into individualized treatment plans</li> <li>Successful completion of pre-employment background check and health screening, including drug screen, required</li> <li>Proof of vaccination or approved exemption (religious or medical) required in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law; exempted candidates are subject to regular testing protocols</li> </ul>
