About the Community

El Paso sits at the westernmost tip of Texas, bordered by New Mexico to the north and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico to the south — a bicultural, bilingual metropolitan area of nearly 900,000 residents with a cost of living well below the national average. The city offers year-round sunshine, access to the Franklin Mountains State Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park, a vibrant food and arts scene, and proximity to White Sands National Park. For clinicians seeking an affordable, sun-drenched lifestyle with genuine community connection, El Paso delivers a quality of life that larger, higher-cost metros cannot match.
