Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license required
- Pharmacy Technician certification required
- Minimum two (2) years of hospital pharmacy experience
- IV sterile compounding experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
- Basic computer proficiency; strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work across all areas of pharmacy services as assigned, including high-pressure and STAT situations
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with policy, procedure, and regulatory reference materials (Joint Commission, state and federal standards)
