About the Community

El Paso sits at the westernmost tip of Texas, nestled between the Franklin Mountains and the Rio Grande — a bicultural city of nearly 700,000 with a remarkably low cost of living relative to other major Texas metros. Outdoor enthusiasts have immediate access to Franklin Mountains State Park, Hueco Tanks, and the Chihuahuan Desert, while the city offers a vibrant food scene, strong public and private school options, and a close-knit community feel. The region's mild, sunny climate and proximity to both New Mexico and the greater Southwest make El Paso a compelling destination for clinicians who want urban convenience without urban cost.
