The Hospitals of Providence – Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, Texas is recruiting a full-time Perioperative Charge Nurse (RN) to coordinate and lead nursing care delivery across the surgical suite. This day-shift leadership role places an experienced perioperative RN at the center of a high-functioning OR team, driving evidence-based practice, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); bachelor's or master's degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Current, active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain; must meet all applicable state law and regulatory requirements
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Demonstrated competence in perioperative nursing care planning and OR-setting professional standards
