About the Community

Tucson is one of the Southwest's most livable mid-size cities — offering a low cost of living relative to other major Arizona metros, a warm desert climate with over 300 days of sunshine annually, and immediate access to outdoor recreation including Saguaro National Park, Mount Lemmon, and the Santa Catalina Mountains. The city is home to the University of Arizona, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and a culturally rich community shaped by its Sonoran Desert and borderlands heritage. Phoenix is approximately 115 miles to the north, providing easy access to a major metropolitan hub while preserving Tucson's distinct, unhurried character.
