Practice Highlights
- Senior laboratory role with supervisory and lead authority over Lab Assistant I and II positions
- Performs blood specimen collection (phlebotomy) and manages specimen receipt, prioritization, registration, and distribution

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a laboratory or medical-related field from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience required
- Phlebotomy certification required where mandated by state law; completion of a formal phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT, or equivalent preferred
- Basic laboratory computer and laboratory information system (LIS) experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume clinical laboratory environment
- Strong command of laboratory medical terminology, measurements, and pre-analytical variables affecting specimen integrity
