<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; higher nursing education welcomed</li> <li>Monitor experience or completion of an EKG course required</li> <li>One year of experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency department nursing preferred</li> <li>Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a compact RN license from another compact state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS and PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certification required within the orientation period</li> <li>ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred</li> </ul>
