Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting or equivalent clinical experience
- LCSW eligibility required at time of hire
- LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) preferred
- Comfort with high-acuity, fast-paced interdisciplinary discharge planning across medical, surgical, and OB populations
