<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)</li> <li>Minimum two years of experience as a medical laboratory technician</li> <li>Active certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent</li> <li>State licensure as required by Arizona law</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment</li> <li>Experience with or readiness to assume quality improvement, training, competency assessment, and document control responsibilities</li> </ul>
