Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)
- Minimum two years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
- Active certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
- State licensure as required by Arizona law
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Experience with or readiness to assume quality improvement, training, competency assessment, and document control responsibilities
