Abrazo Scottsdale Campus — a full-service acute care hospital and home to the Abrazo Surgical Institute in Phoenix, AZ — is recruiting an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician II to join its clinical laboratory team. This role carries advanced clinical and operational responsibilities, serving as a technical resource across all laboratory disciplines while supporting a hospital that delivers comprehensive orthopedic, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic imaging services. Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria (42 CFR 493.1489)
  • Minimum two years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
  • Active certification through an approved agency: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent
  • State licensure as required by Arizona law
  • Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
  • Experience with or readiness to assume quality improvement, training, competency assessment, and document control responsibilities
