<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum; previous clinical experience reviewed individually for acceptability</li> <li>Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; candidates holding a compact-state RN license from another state must obtain a Multi-State license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required; must be completed within orientation period</li> <li>Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience preferred</li> <li>RN-C (Certified Registered Nurse) designation preferred</li> </ul>
