<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS required or must be obtained upon orientation completion (as applicable by department)</li> <li>Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered</li> <li>Specialty certification in area of practice preferred</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency required; strong customer service orientation expected</li> </ul>
