- Responsibilities include patient assessment (physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk, and discharge planning), nursing diagnosis, care plan development, and implementation of nursing and medical orders
- Participates in hourly rounding and may serve in a charge nurse capacity on assigned shifts

Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS required or must be obtained upon orientation completion (as applicable by department)
- Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Specialty certification in area of practice preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment
- Basic computer proficiency required; strong customer service orientation expected
