The OR RN will deliver individualized, direct patient care across a surgical service line that supports cardiovascular, orthopedic, obstetric, and emergency programs. This is a staff-level position with charge nurse responsibilities on a rotating basis, embedded in a facility recognized regionally for advanced clinical services and a strong interdisciplinary care model.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Current CPR certification required; ACLS as applicable by department</li> <li>Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; OR or perioperative specialty experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Specialty certification in perioperative nursing (e.g., CNOR) preferred</li> <li>ACLS preferred; PACU-assigned nurses must obtain ACLS within six months of hire and PALS is preferred for PACU coverage</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills; ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency required</li> </ul>
