Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license with Arizona eligibility) for nursing roles; applicable state licensure or certification for allied health roles
- Prior clinical experience in the relevant specialty or service line required — these are experienced-hire positions, not new-graduate roles
- Subspecialty experience in CVICU, NICU, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, Labor & Delivery, or Surgical Services is directly applicable to open positions
- BLS required; ACLS, NRP, or specialty-specific certifications expected per unit standard
