Qualifications

  • Required certification: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler certification, ANSI Accredited Food Manager course, or Certified Food Manager credential from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District

  • Preferred experience: One year in a patient-feeding food service establishment
  • No minimum education or prior experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
