Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum; prior clinical experience reviewed individually for each candidate
  • Valid permanent Multi-State RN license from state of residence required; candidates holding a compact-state RN license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), ACLS, and PALS certifications required — all must be completed within the orientation period
  • Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience preferred
  • RN-C (Certified Registered Nurse) designation preferred
