Qualifications
- Active Florida RN state license required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire — must be American Heart Association-issued
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire or transfer date — American Heart Association only
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer date
- Demonstrated competency across core ICU nursing functions: patient assessment, medication administration, care coordination, and patient/family/staff education
