Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse license required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • ACLS required (as applicable by department); must obtain within six months of hire if not current
  • Minimum one year of RN experience preferred
  • Specialty certification (e.g., CEN or equivalent emergency nursing credential) preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills; strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills essential
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with periods of elevated pressure
