Qualifications
- Active Texas State Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a cardiovascular or relevant specialty patient population
- Prior patient teaching experience preferred
- Specialty certification preferred (e.g., cardiovascular or cardiac care certification)
- Active AHA or ARC Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not already held
