<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required</li> <li>BLS certification required</li> <li>IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) or CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution) certification required within 6 months of hire; current certification at time of hire is preferred</li> <li>At least 1 year of prior charge, supervisory, or management experience in sterile processing preferred</li> </ul>
