About the Community
Delray Beach sits along Florida's southeastern Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County — a region that consistently ranks among the most desirable places to live in the state. The city offers a walkable downtown, award-winning beaches, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and year-round warm weather that supports an active outdoor lifestyle. Palm Beach County's school system is among the largest and most resourced in Florida, and the area's proximity to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale provides access to major airports, professional sports, and metropolitan amenities without the density of a large urban center.
