<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of RN experience required</li> <li>Active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required as applicable per corporate policy for the ED unit</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead staff, manage patient throughput, and coordinate care across a high-acuity emergency environment</li> </ul>
