Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
  • Current CPR certification required; ACLS required or to be obtained upon completion of orientation
  • Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred; certification in a specialty area of practice preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, delegate, and exercise independent clinical judgment in directing patient care team members
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, high-acuity environments with strong interpersonal, customer service, and basic computer skills
