Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; previous clinical experience reviewed individually for acceptability
  • Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), ACLS, and PALS certifications required — must be completed within orientation period
  • Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience preferred
  • RN-C (Certified Registered Nurse) designation preferred
