<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; previous clinical experience reviewed individually for acceptability</li> <li>Valid permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), ACLS, and PALS certifications required — must be completed within orientation period</li> <li>Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience preferred</li> <li>RN-C (Certified Registered Nurse) designation preferred</li> </ul>
