<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or equivalent)</li> <li>Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required</li> <li>Hospital internship rotation required at minimum; prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred</li> <li>IV Admixture Certification preferred</li> <li>Competency with sterile compounding, chemotherapy preparation, and parenteral nutrition products</li> <li>Proficiency in pediatric and neonatal drug dosing principles and pharmacokinetics consultation</li> </ul>
