Qualifications
- PharmD degree from an accredited college or university (required); PGY-1/PGY-2 residency training and a master's degree in clinical sciences, business administration, healthcare administration, or public health preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive advanced clinical pharmacy experience including direct patient care, staff supervision, and coordination of services and programs (required)
- Preferred experience includes practice and supervisory roles at both the institutional and regional health system levels, with demonstrated competency in pharmacy operations management, financial management, staff development, patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy informatics
- Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy license (required)
- Board certification in pharmacotherapy or another pharmacy specialty area (preferred)
- Experience serving on institutional and corporate-level committees preferred
