Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience in a Cardiac, Telemetry, Stepdown, CVICU, or ICU setting required; two or more years in a cardiac stepdown or progressive care unit preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at time of hire
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required upon completion of orientation
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior nursing staff
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills; ability to perform efficiently under pressure
