About the Community

West Palm Beach sits on Florida's Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County, offering year-round warm weather, beaches, and a vibrant arts and dining scene anchored by Clematis Street and the Northwood Village district. The area provides strong public and private school options, easy access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale to the south, and the natural recreation of the Everglades and Lake Okeechobee to the west. Florida's lack of a state income tax, combined with a relatively diverse housing market compared to Miami-Dade, makes West Palm Beach an attractive destination for clinicians relocating from higher cost-of-living markets.
