North Central Baptist Hospitals in San Antonio, Texas is recruiting a full-time Multimodality CT/MRI Technologist to join its imaging team at a facility that is part of a six-hospital health system with more than 120 years of community care history. This rotate position calls for a skilled technologist credentialed in at least two modalities who can deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a broad patient population — newborn through elderly — while supporting OR procedures and contrast administration workflows. Practice Highlights

  • Full-time, rotating schedule position within an active multimodality imaging department
  • Performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures across a minimum of two modalities (CT and/or MRI) as ordered by licensed physicians
  • Supports OR imaging procedures and operates associated OR equipment when Radiologic Technology is one of the designated modalities
  • Administers contrast materials and applies MRI safety screening protocols in accordance with modality-specific standards
  • Serves a full age-range patient population from neonates through geriatric patients, reflecting the system's pediatric and adult service lines

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of cumulative clinical experience across more than one imaging modality
  • ARRT registration in Radiography required; CT or MRI registry eligibility required at time of hire with documentation of CT or MRI clinical experience
  • Advanced ARRT credential in CT or MRI must be obtained within one year of hire; ARRT CT or MRI certification preferred at hire
  • Active Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required
  • Active AHA or ARC Healthcare Provider BLS certification required at hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS specifically must be obtained within 60 days of hire
