<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide, Medical Assistant, or intermediate or higher-level Emergency Medical Technician program required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient, emergency department, or skilled nursing setting</li> <li>Current certification required in one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Medical Assistant (MA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Phlebotomist, or EKG Technician</li> <li>Preferred background includes completed training as a Nurse Aide, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant</li> <li>BLS certification required, obtained through an American Heart Association-approved Training Center or the Military Training Network</li> <li>Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer to position</li> </ul>
