Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program; no prior experience required — new graduates are eligible
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS/CPR — American Heart Association (required at hire)
- ACLS — American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- PALS — Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- CPI — Crisis Prevention Intervention (required within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- TNCC — Trauma Nursing Core Course: inexperienced nurses must complete within 2 years of hire or transfer; experienced nurses within 1 year of hire or transfer
