Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience required
- Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Current CPR and ACLS required (ACLS required upon completion of orientation)
- PALS or ENPC required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire (ER-specific requirement)
- Certification in emergency nursing specialty area preferred
- Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical decisions in high-acuity, high-stress environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience with budget management and change implementation
