Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience required
  • Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Current CPR and ACLS required (ACLS required upon completion of orientation)
  • PALS or ENPC required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire (ER-specific requirement)
  • Certification in emergency nursing specialty area preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical decisions in high-acuity, high-stress environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience with budget management and change implementation
